Breathe

Let's be real; it has been an exhausting year! The hurt, frustration, and fears can be all-consuming and tiring. Today, take a few moments to step back and breathe. Lift your arms to your shoulders and inhale deeply, lower your arms to your side, and blow out as hard as you possibly can. Repeat the steps.


It doesn't change what is happening, but it puts oxygen in your lungs. It gives your body a release from the tension you have been holding. It lets your heart receive blood flow. No one knows what tomorrow will bring or how to fix this world, but for today. BREATHE!
